Potato Cooker: Come to Wednesday Night Supper to pick up bags of potatoes and details on how to cook at home.  Return cooked potatoes to the Fellowship Hall at 8:30am on Saturday.

Bean Cooker: Come to Wednesday Night Supper to get details on which beans you'll need to buy and how to cook at home.  Return cooked beans to the Fellowship Hall at 8:30am on Saturday.

Meat Prep for Stew (Wednesday): Load meat into crock pots and roasters to cook overnight (Fellowship Hall).

Onion Cooker: Arrive 9am Thursday (Fellowship Hall).

Meat Prep for Stew (Thursday): Arrive 9am Thursday to pull, weigh, and label meat (Fellowship Hall).

Meat Prep for Stew (Friday): Arrive 9am Friday to pull, weigh, and label meat (Fellowship Hall).

Leftover Cook: Arrive 9am Friday to cook leftover potatoes and beans (Fellowship Hall).

Stew Pot Prep: Arrive 7:30am Saturday to wash the stew pots (shelter).  Bring stew ingredients out to pots.

Stew Pot Stirrers: Come stir our stew pots beginning 9am Saturday (shelter).

Desserts: The entire church is welcome to make home made desserts at home and bring them to the church (Fireplace Room) by 10am Saturday.  Dessert slicers/sorters arrive 10am Saturday (Fireplace Room).

Meat Pullers/Grinders/Choppers: Arrive to the shelter on Saturday. Shift 1: 11am-12pm; Shift 2: 12pm-2pm.

Dining Room Set Up: Help set up tables and chairs in the Fellowship Hall at 9:30am. Must be able bodied.

Take Out Set Up: After lunch on Saturday, help set up the take out area in the shelter building.

Bulk Packers: Bulk packers arrive by 1pm (shelter).

Pre-Order Packers: Children's families work as pre-order packers between 2pm and 4pm on Saturday (by the shelter).

Dine In Servers: Arrive 3:30pm Saturday (Fellowship Hall).  Dine in customers serve themselves but the servers’ role is to re-supply food and beverage when needed.

Hush Puppies: Arrive 3:00pm Saturday (shelter) to make hush puppies.

Runner: Someone to retrieve bulk orders from the shelter and run them to the dining hall.  Report to the inside cash register.  4pm-7:30pm.

Drive-thru shifts:  There will be 2 shifts (3:30pm-6pm & 6pm-7:30pm).

• Drive-thru fulfillers: Pack orders as they come through the drive-thru.

• Drive-thru order takers: Youth will take orders as they come through the drive-thru.

Clean Up: There will be 3 shifts.  Shift 1: 10am-12pm (dishwashing; report to kitchen); Shift 2: 12pm-2pm (dishwashing; report to kitchen); Shift 3: clean up the kitchen, dining room, shelter area beginning at 7:30pm.
