Virginia has served several churches in Chapel Hill since moving here over 25 years ago, but being the Minister of Children at Mount Carmel at this time is the most fun she’s had in ministry. Virginia earned a Doctor of Ministry at Campbell University in 2017 and a Master of Divinity at Fuller Theological Seminary in 1998. Her husband, Ralph, is an engineer for the State of North Carolina in Raleigh and they are happy to have their daughter and son-in-law only ten minutes down the road. When she’s not at church, Virginia is probably walking around her neighborhood with friends and unicorns, stretching out on a Pilates mat, meeting a friend for coffee, reading a book in her hammock, or watching a Hallmark movie.
